No Returns or Refunds

All sales are final. Sparks Notion does not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds once an order has been fulfilled or shipped.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel or make changes to your order, you must contact us before your order has been fulfilled.

If your order has not yet been fulfilled, we may be able to cancel it or issue a refund at our sole discretion.

Once an order has been fulfilled, packaged for shipment, or shipped, it cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive the wrong item or your order arrives damaged, please contact Sparks Notion within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review each case individually and, if appropriate, provide a replacement or another suitable resolution.

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback for an order that has been properly fulfilled without first contacting Sparks Notion may result in the dispute being contested using order records, tracking information, and any applicable communications.
